Spiritual
Meaning of Meditation
We should always meditate on Sadguru's image or any other God?s image (which we worship) in our Soul.
Having complete faith, love, devotion & self ? surrender with our Soul lead us to continuous remembrance of our Soul.
We should always perform Soul worship (Atman Pooja, i.e., Whichever worship we are performing outside same should be carried internally.
This internal worship should be carried out by continuous imagination of Sadguru's presence in our heart, chanting of Guru mantra, listening to various devotional spiritual songs which further leads us to talk with our Soul.
Importance of Guru Mantra
Guru Mantra is nothing but a Spiritual name given to your Soul.
It?s just like a stick to climb the mountain.
Chanting one Guru Mantra (Mantra Diksha i.e., mantra taken from Universal Sadguru ) is equal / equivalent to chanting of crores of mantras
Divine Message
The only Truth in this universe is the "Atman" [Soul / God / Sadguru ].
That is the sole reality; everything else is perishable. Innumerable changes take place in nature, but the Atman always remains constant. It neither has a beginning, nor an end. It is immortal and eternal.
The Atman has been in existence even before Brahma, Vishnu & Mahesh, so we should love and worship it. Contemplation and meditation on the Atman or even worship of it for a moment, is more powerful and effective than praying to any of the countless Gods.
God is present as the Atman in one and all and resides in our heart. So the easiest and most effective way to attain God is to meditate on the Atman or the Self in our Heart. But since the Atman is formless and without any physical properties such as color, height, weight, etc., we need to meditate on some form. The best form is of the Sadguru and constant meditation on His form in ones heart will surely lead one to Self-realization.
